A quick note to keep you in touch with progress on the clubhouse. Everything has gone well on site so far and the builders are now at the stage of putting up scaffolding, which was always the target for the Christmas break. Latest photos can be found on our FaceBook Site
Looking forward to next year, the company which is building the panels forming the main structure has reported a two week delay in their delivery date. This is a little frustrating as it means minimal progress can be made in early January, and it pushes the target completion back slightly to late April or early May. But, we still are a third of the way to a new clubhouse, which is rather exciting!
Don’t forget it’s the Christmas social tonight at the Gowlett (SE15 4HY) from 7pm. If you can’t make that or the club in the next week or two have a great Christmas and New Year. See you in our new home next year!
